Your Place to Go for All Things Equinox in NYC
Equinox has exploded globally in recent years, with locations all over the U.S., Canada, and even London. As boutique fitness continues to grow, Equinox is playing an increasingly important role in the fitness landscape, offering high-quality classes at a (somewhat) reasonable price. As its home base, New York has more locations than any other cities. However, you might have noticed that Equinox’s class descriptions are remarkably unhelpful. In this blog, I try to:
- Outline what the essence of each class actually is
- Provide insight into difficulty level and instructor capability, form the perspective of someone who isn’t a professional athlete or personal trainer
- Help my readers determine what will fit into their routines
If you have any suggestions for what I should review next or would like to be highlighted in one of my net posts, feel free to email me at [email protected]
